Privacy Policy
This notice explains how personal data is processed on sosyal.com.tr. It is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. What this site does
sosyal.com.tr is a single-page portfolio listing domain names, active projects, brands and social media accounts that are for sale. There is no sign-up, no login and no user account. Browsing the portfolio requires and collects no personal data. Personal data is processed only when you choose to fill in and submit the offer form.
3. Data collected by the offer form
When you submit the form, the following is sent to us:
- Full name (required)
- Email address or phone number — whichever you enter (required)
- Offer amount and the asset you are bidding on (required)
- Message — an optional free-text field. Everything you type here reaches us, so please avoid including personal details that are not needed.
- The page address you submitted from and your language preference (technical context)
In addition, to prevent abuse of the form, your IP address and the time elapsed since page load are evaluated on the server. The IP address is held in server memory only, for a 10-minute rate-limiting window; it is not stored permanently and is not included in the email. The form also contains an invisible honeypot field used to filter out non-human submissions.
4. Where the data goes
The form content is delivered to the portfolio owner's mailbox through the Resend email service. If you enter an email address, it is set as the message's reply-to address so you can be answered directly.
This site has no database. Your offer is never written to any database; the only copy is the email that was sent.
5. Purpose and legal basis
- Purpose: to evaluate your offer and conduct the sales conversation. Your data is not used for marketing, profiling, advertising, or sold to third parties.
- Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f). Processing the IP address for spam prevention relies on legitimate interest.
6. Retention
Offer emails are kept in the mailbox for as long as the conversation continues and any resulting legal or commercial obligations require; they are deleted once the purpose has ended. The spam-prevention IP entry expires by itself at the end of the 10-minute window.
7. International transfers
The site is hosted on Vercel and email is delivered through Resend. Both providers are established outside Türkiye, so submitting the form involves a transfer abroad within the meaning of KVKK Art. 9.
8. Cookies, tracking and third parties
- No cookies are used. There is no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
- Your browser's local storage holds only the site language you selected. It stays on your device, is never sent to the server, and does not identify you.
- The page font is loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). That request discloses your IP address and browser information to Google.
9. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request rectification, erasure or destruction, to object to processing, and to request data portability.
